 | Comments: |
Snowshoe trench is getting established on Cherry Mountain Trail. Snow is soft and unconsolidated. The beginning of a track is forming, but it will need a few more sets of tracks to firm up. 4-6†of snow down low, about 8†up high.
Martha’s Mile has significantly more snow on it. Easily 12†plus to break through, however trail is broken all the way to the summit.
Snow is much to soft and unconsolidated for spikes. If heading out this weekend, PLEASE wear your snowshoes. Let’s get a good track set up! |
