Parked at Cross Rd/Doetown Corner as there was one car there already, figured there was no parking at lot, and walked the road in. Lot was open for at least six cars. |

A few inches of snow starting to get packed down but still too many rocks for me to bring the snowshoes. Carried micro spikes but didn’t need or use them. A few short sections of ice on hiking trail above the split. Took the snowmobile trail down, it was covered by 4-5 inches of powder. |
