Comments
Comments: Wow, what a day. Parked at the parking lot at the cog railway, and boy was I glad to lessen the walking by a mile because this kicked my butt. The Ammonusic Ravine Trail was very well packed out, but crampons are needed. Drifts above tree line, but only about 4-5 inches deep. Numerous areas of large ice flows. Walked down the trail next to the cog railway which was really nice and quick.
