Comments: NOTE: This is a ski trail. Please use skis/snowshoes during ski season.

We hiked up Doublehead ski trail to stay at the cabin on Saturday. There was some fresh snow but not very deep. We barebooted most of the way until the steeper parts, then put microspikes on. Did see someone skiing and snowboarding down, but I would not recommend unless they are your rock skis as the snow pack wasn't very deep and there are lots of rocks hidden under the powder. Cabin was great! Thanks to whoever left us some perfectly cut small logs already up there. We lugged up 2 bundles of wood as well to keep it toasty.
