 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Turned off of 302 onto Beechwood Drive (sign at entrance says "Ledgewood"), turned left onto Ledgewood Drive and parked in a large parking area on the left. On Gaia, that is at the point at which the road turns to a dotted line, although the paved road looks like it continues quite a ways further. |

Across from where we parked there was a path which we followed to a second snow covered plowed road. Took a left and started heading up the hill. We soon came to a clearcut/drainage leading towards the peak. We took the route ending up at the end of another road and a house foundation. We followed the road to where it took a turn heading downhill (not very far). Here we headed around a pile of logs and made our way back into the woods, bushwhacking towards the ridge which we would then follow towards the summit. Easy grades all the way and only about 4" of powder. Off and on we would be following old logging roads. We reached a logged clearing which we crossed and after a short walk beyond this we came to the summit and the jar. We followed our tracks back to the car. |
