Comments
Comments: Microspikes the entire way, didn’t really need them at the start, you can bare boot it until it gets steep! Some of the rock scrambles were icy or had lose powdery snow on them so it was tough to get a good grip and hold, but we managed, just requires some patience. Slippery Brook Trail has minimal snow coverage with lots of rocks and roots exposed. Definitely could use a good snow fall to fill in the trail better, but for now it’s a mix of early season conditions.
