| Comments: |
We parked at the upper lot of the Cog Railway station. The Cog trail up was packed down nicely. We put on microspikes in the parking lot, and carried both snow shoes and crampons. No need for either, it turned out. Up to treeline, the snow was packed down very well by previous hikers and skiers. After that, there were some icy spots, and some bare spots, but for the most part, there was enough snow, but not too much. |
