| Comments: |
I ascended West Rattlesnake via Old Bridle Path and continued to hike Ridge Trail over to East Rattlesnake. I descended via East Rattlesnake Trail and returned to trail head via Undercut Trail for total mileage of 3.8 miles. The Undercut trail is well marked and easy to follow except for last 1/3 mile where trail enters an open field. I followed some tracks uphill and found an unmarked trail which led me to re-join Bridle Path Trail. I was ok with this as it avoided road walk on Rt 113. I only saw 3 people on this hike. Nice having the summits to myself. |
