Comments
Comments: A little less snow in Meredith than Holderness and more firm conditions. Despite appearance at trailhead, there is still full snowcover, though there were a few patches of ice on the uphill. Dust on crust conditions (another dusting of snow last night). Light traction would be adequate during the cold conditions forecast over the next couple of days, but snowshoes would be better if temperatures get above freezing.

Winnisquam still not fully frozen.

Chilly morning with temperatures in the low single digits and a breeze.
