Comments
Comments: Trails were fairly well packed for uphill ski/snowshoe use from snowmobiles. Some active drifting. A little firm/cruddy down low, but drifting powder up top. Lots of untouched trails too, though I don't think they've mowed them in awhile.

From the top of the double chair, I took an unmarked herd path up to just prior to the summit clearing, then took a separate herd path from there to the communications tower (snowmobile use) and then went down different ski trails. About a foot of powder in the upper elevations.

Quiet, somewhat chilly day, but it didn't feel as brisk as forecast. Saw three folks skiing, sticking to the upper elevation steeps for powder.
