Parked at Seven Dwarfs Motel, left $10 in an envelope on the windshield. To get to the trail, head up Little River Road, turn right just before the end of the road to go across a bridge (remember to remove your microspikes/snowshoes to avoid damaging the wooden bridge), and then continue on the road for a little bit until you see a green "trail" sign to your left; that connects to Haystack Road. |

Lots of blowdowns / bent over trees on Twinway, but nothing unmanageable |

Beautiful but cold day. Bare-booted until about a mile into the North Twin Trail, then switched to Hillsounds until the summit of South Twin, and then used snowshoes from South Twin until descending the Fire Warden's Trail and intersecting back with North Twin Trail. Back on the North Twin Trail, switched back to spikes until just before the wooden bridge to get back onto Little River Road. |
