Trail was in very good shape. Used micro-spikes the whole way but East Ledge could have used snowshoes for about 40 yards of it due to some windblown mild drifting. stay on the narrow path of snow. Any step off and you're up to your knees at least. But if you're on trail, it's very solid and don't sink in at all. 50/50 mix of people with snowshoes vs spikes on the trail today. |
