Trail is bootpacked all the way to the south summit. Temperatures dropped below freezing overnight and did not get warm enough today to make the packed trail too soft. I wore snowshoes roundtrip, but Microspikes would have sufficed if staying on the bootpack. Would certainly choose snowshoes for Saturday's forecast. |
