Very nice conditions on and off trail. Snowshoes are essential; I used them for every part except for Bald Knob Tr. and the road walk. Trails all have sign of recent travel and/or snowmobile traffic, but there is some drifting. Snow is mainly supportive off trail, which made for some great bushwhacking. I cut many corners. |
