Wore snowshoes the entirety of the hike; there was a few fresh inches from yesterday with a light ice crust on top. Went counterclockwise around the loop, I would suggest snowshoes for the entire hike but especially after Allens Ledge to the summit and down the East Ledges. The trail after the summit down the ledges and back to the junction appears to be less-traveled and had a lot of post-holing. |
