Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Planned to park at Glen Cliff Parking lot, that was full so ended up parking along the road across from that lot. In hindsight, parking along the road just after Long Pond Rd would’ve been fine and eliminated some calf burning end-of-hike uphilling. The Plows seem to be clearing up enough side road for parking.

Comments
Comments: Didn’t see many others on this trail today. Used spikes from Long Pond Rd to summit and back. Traction is definitely needed on road walk and downhill. Well packed trail throughout. Some post holing on ledges but not enough to warrant snowshoes. Great views over to Moosilauke before it was overtaken by clouds. No wind either!
