We went up Airline to Adams then over to Madison via Gulfside/Osgood and down Valley Way. We barebooted the lower sections and most above tree line. We used spikes in the upper elevations of the woods. We did not need snowshoes today. There is a mix of all conditions: dry, wet, running water, slush, soft snow, etc. All very doable if you take it slow. |
