Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: After a slightly hair-raising ride, we parked on Hunt's Mountain Road about .1 mile below the power lines. This is a good spot for this hike but you might want to wait a few weeks. Hunt's Mountain Road still has a few muddy, bumpy spots and Moulton Hill Road still gets really soft as the day warms up. Mud season not over in this area!

Comments
Comments: Followed Hunt's Mountain Road up to the power lines. Followed snowmobile trail 103/nice logging road to a height of land about .85 from our parking spot. Here we entered the woods and headed pretty straight for the summit, through nice open woods, bypassing a bump or two before making the short steep climb to the summit bump which was straight ahead of us as we hit the height of land! Headed back on a similar route although this time catching some logging roads which lead us to a logged clearing about .25 mile below the height of land where we had entered the woods. All in all a nice way to hike to this peak!
