Comments
Comments: All trails in great shape. I can see why the AMC South Guide states that Cadot Trail could be difficult to follow, once off the old road the footbed wasn't always well established in a couple places. There are white disc blazes that were easy to see, so in those not so obvious areas, just look for the next disc. We had no issues navigating and staying on trail. We were first car at Cadot Trailhead, there was 1 car there when we returned. Gorgeous day to be out. Clear views. Saw no one until Thumb summit where 1 family was already. They left and we had it to ourselves until we started our descent. Passed a few groups heading up. A couple places the trail was a little wet coming off Skatutakee summit, but nothing dangerous.
