Falling Waters, Lafayette Ridge, Old Bridle Path
Beautiful day up there!! Saw about 8 other people and 2 dogs. Monorail was firm on the way up. Spikes would have been helpful on the way up but we opted not to use them, therefore expending a little extra energy. Hardly any snow on the ridge. Had planned to use spikes on the way down but the well packed monorail had softened just enough on the top to make it grippy enough to go without. No postholing at all. |
