Trail is in great shape for this time of year. There's the usual mud, but it's avoidable and easy to walk around. Still some good patches of ice on the rock faces, but it's also mostly easy to navigate around. No traction used or needed today.
This was a new hike for me and I really enjoyed it. The woods are pretty and varied with lots of good conifer scents. Saw 2 other humans, no other canines. Really enjoyable day out :) |
