I was not able to cross Franconia Brook after the Liberty Brook Trail branches off from the Franconia Brook Trail. Bushwacked up and down the riverbed for about an hour and didn't find a safe crossing. |

A number of downed trees on Franconia brook trail in the marshy section after turning off the Lincoln Woods Trail. |

Attempted to reach Owls Head without the Black Pond Bushwack, but was not able to cross the Franconia Brook safely. Ended up going to 13 Falls and partway up to Galehead before returning to Lincoln Woods trailhead. A few muddy sections on the Franconia Brook trail but easy to avoid. |
