Parked at the Cabin Trailhead lot: room for perhaps 15 cars, it didn't fill up today. |

 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Whitin Brook crossing just before the Whitin Brook Trail was high and a little tricky to cross. Large rocks for hopping are a bit far apart. All other crossings were easily managed. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
One blowdown on Square Ledge Trail was difficult to navigate. We cut some branches so hopefully others can make it past. |

Trails are free of snow/ice and less muddy than we expected. A couple of challenging sections - the slide up Old Paugus Trail and the portion of Square Ledge Trail just before the top, both very steep and rocky. All of the rest was straightforward. |
