Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: plenty at Ammo Ravine; Jefferson Notch Road is not open...saw 3 vehicles parked at the Zealand Road, they had been ticketed...one blocking the entrance to the campground....

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: smaller ones easy step overs; first bridge on Jewell fine; large crossing on Boundary Line, rock hop but with wet boots slightly upstream from trail crossing; a large softwood fell across the brook at the crossing, but it's better to crossing just upstream anyway.. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Maintain the Jewell Trail to Boundary Line and then Boundary Line over to Jefferson Notch Road; sawed up around 6 spots, couple of larger trees; removed a lot of small debris; cleaned drainages; BLT is known for being wet and it was today..some plank bridges submerged, one bog bridge of a dual broken in half; one large blow down left on Jewell near the Ammo Ravine Trailhead..
