Comments
Comments: The falls were absolutely amazing! Rime ice on Shining Rock and trees along the ridge. There was still considerable snow left on Falling Waters Trail, Greenleaf Trail, and Old Bridle Path causing me to take on and take off microspikes more often than I can recall. I only encountered 7-10 groups of hikers which was a treat on this loop. Hiking early in May, on a school day is a win.
