Only took note of one blowdown near the junction with old mountain road |

Pretty much no water for the first 9 miles, so plan to carry enough for dog. The first ledge scramble was pretty difficult for our 60-lb dog.. thought we were going to have to turn around, but he eventually made it up and had fun the rest of the way! Take care to stay on crawford-ridgepole to avoid ladders on Mt Morgan (had I not done that trail before, I might have made that mistake) |

Bring those fashion statement bug nets, and prepare to start moving the second you get out of your car on Sandwich Notch Rd :) |

Dropped a car at Cotton Mtn Trailhead and did the full traverse starting at Sandwich Notch Rd. Super great day for it: some heat, some rain, some shade, good views. Dog rolled in coyote poop at mile 1 of 12 but... we trekked on and had fun! Crossed the 60% threshold for tracing! |
