Parking area is flat, smooth sand/gravel and can accommodate maybe 20 cars. A dozen cars @ 1pm, four @ 3:35pm. |

A couple of small brook crossings that are easy to step over. |

 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
The entire trail is in great shape. Dry and snow/ice-free with no obstructions. Water bars are clear. |

Just one. Leashed and well behaved. |

 | Bugs: |
None along the trail. Just a small swarm of non-biting black flies atop of eastern ledges. |

 | Lost and Found: |
A wide-brimmed, tan-colored sun hat was left at the kiosk. |

 | Comments: |
CCW loop recommended to avoid the steeper, western descent over long stretches of exposed tree roots. Saw 3 groups, totaling 8 people, and a dog! |
