Stainless water bottle on South. Something about green Cornish 50 anniversary on it. Packed it down left at trailhead. |

Gradual start nice trail. Then the slabs, super steep, rugged climb thru beautiful forest. Somehow I missed the sign & bright yellow blazes for South....dumbass. Soo I did North 1st then backtracked to South then back to do the Percy Loop Trail. Slabs on North steep!!! Views were amazing! Walk around to get the 360 views. Solo on both peaks. South Spur is narrow & steep but quick. Restricted views but still nice. Gentle grades down nice after the climb up. Road walk back to car. Shout out to the gentleman I met heading up who told me this was his 46 consecutive year doing these peaks!! Sorry I didn’t get his name. Only 8 others seen |
