Parked at top of Iron Mt Road, only car when we arrived, one other when we left. The last mile of Iron Mt Rd after the gate is a steep, rutted, gravelly narrow uphill. We made it in our fwd car. |

A hike to the south cliffs and the iron mines. Parts of the trail up to the summit and down to the south cliffs are steep and eroded. The side path to the iron mine is unsigned. The best views are in the field just uphill from the parking lot. |
