 | Comments: |
From our car we headed into the woods through an opening. We were soon hiking in open woods directly towards the peak. After bypassing the southern peak, we followed and overgrown woods road towards the ridge. Once on the ridge, we continued walking towards the north end of the peak and the jar. Returning, we followed the same route along the ridge but at the point where we had headed towards the ridge on the way up, we managed to stay on the ridge longer and ended up dropping down the west side of the southern peak, so decided to just drop down towards the road at a point, popping out about .3 miles from our car...walked the rest of the way back on the road! |
