Drove all the way up Mudget Mountain Road to the summit. Note: if you are using Gaia, the road to the summit does not show accurately on the map. It forks left in the same spot where the map shows a fork but seems to go further to the left than the map says it does. Trust the road. It is gravel all the way and we had no trouble. |

Drove to the summit just short of a cool looking white building resembling an old church or schoolhouse. Went to the back of the car to get our packs and, lo and behold, there were two summit jars! 2’ “bushwhackâ€! |
