Lots of people hiking Carrigain early. I encountered maybe 15 people on the trail before 9:00 a.m.
Some mud in the typical places, but not as bad as I expected given the recent rain.
Looks like some efforts have been made to pile tree limbs and branches in the junctions with the old route to deter people and steer them in the direction of the re-route. |
