|Hiking Trail Conditions Report|
|Date of Hike:
||Saturday, July 24, 2021|
|Parking/Access Road Notes:
||At the Flat Mountain Pond trailhead in Whiteface Intervale. |
||Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable |
|Water Crossing Notes:
||The small brooks along this trail were easily hopped. |
|Trail Maintenance Notes:
||A few minor blowdowns and one high widowmaker that will eventually fall lengthwise into the trail. |
||Some skeeters but not too bad. |
|Lost and Found:
||I walked this path from SW to NE and back again to grab some fresh data for the WMG. Damp conditions in the morning but drying out nicely around noon. The only significant wet/muddy section is just SW of the Tilton Spring Path junction where water is flowing across the trail.|
No views here but it's a lovely forest walk with mushrooms currently popping up all over the place. No other humans sighted.
