Comments
Comments: Started out doing the bush wack via Black pond but took Franconia brook on way back. Lots of what appeared to be fog today turned out to be smoke. Mud came in and out of the paths and the water crossing were doable. The herd path was slick going down and there were lots of slick roots. Was alone all the way up but ran into some folks on the way down. Coming in and out of bushwacks meant about 19 miles all in. Great day!
