Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Plenty of room at Caps Ridge at 7 am and people aren't clever enough to head in park on boths sides of the lot in the afternoon many cars were parked on Jefferson Notch Road, Yah I guess they need lines painted on the gravel. Appalachia is insanity, flipping crazy, cars parked a mile in each direction by 7:30 am.

Comments
Comments: A fun challenge and what a change to feel cold and to wear a hat and gloves! Brookside and Watson Path only passed by a couple of people. Wind was strong getting up and over Madison but by the time we hit Adams it was just breezy. Clouds left town and the day became sunny and clear, very enjoyable hiking weather. Lots of people on Jefferson and we passed by a dozne people on the way down and another dozen on their way up on Caps.
