No parking at the trailhead, I chose to park at the gate, its a 5 minute walk at best. |

Trail is in great shape, well blazed and cairned. |

Shay had a blast, the small brooks provided some water for him, although he is still stubborn about drinking on the trail. |

a couple, didn't bug me, didn't even spray. |

Pretty nice trail, starts off steep then moderates and becomes fairly moderate to the ridge. Nice ridge area, I went over to the south peak as well. |
