Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: I got there early and got the first legal spot at the sign. Returning at 1:00, cars parked up the road with a few empty spaces here and there. One car behind me in the no park zone, Mass. plates, that figures.
Surface Conditions

Recommended Equipment
Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: All water crossings are bridged.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Asquam Ridge Trail had some step-overs, walk-arounds, and one very large duck-under. All trails had some step-overs, but all were in good shape. Lots of mud on Beaver Brook in the sags.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Plenty of dogs today. I wouldn't take my dog on a section of Beaver Brook (if I had one). Some steep scrambles with nasty drop offs.
Bugs
Bugs: Between Moosilauke and South Moosilauke they were a buzz'n but not a bite'n.
