Parking/Access Road Notes: I parked at mead base on diamond ledge road and took bear river camp trail but plenty of offshoots to park on sandwich notch road.

Trail Maintenance Notes: Trail is in great shape, very well blazed! 
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: The ledge may be difficult for a dog to get up but I was able to hoist mine up. Although afterwards I did see a herd path around the ledge that avoids the steep part.

Comments: Great day to be outside! so many beautiful types of terrain on this hike from forest to neon green moss lined sections, only made it to mount squam but plenty of open rock slab sections with amazing views
