Kelley Trail is so beautiful thru the box canyon. Lawrence is nice, but sketchy footing on loose granite pebbles so take care. Views from the ledge of south Paugus of Whiteface and Passaconaway are awesome. Old Mast trail is a waltz down the mtn. Super route! No one else on the trail so spider webs were somewhat of a constant face irritation - used trekking poles to clear the way, up to 6' off the ground, which must have looked funny to see. |
