Recommended Equipment:
Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: No issues.
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: Webster Cliff Trail between Webster and Jackson in excellent shape, after four hours of super productive trail work today ;) Rest of the trails in pretty good shape as well. Webster-Jackson could use some love, especially below the split - lots of eroded areas and drainage ditches in need of cleaning/deepening. Trail sign for Crawford Cliff Spur is missing from the signpost. No markings or trail signs at the northern end of the Saco Lake Trail, but still relatively easy to find.
Dog-Related Notes
Dog-Related Notes: Hannah had a good day on a loop she knows well. More water than usual between the peaks because of the recent rains, certainly enough to not have to carry extra for dogs, which is nice for a change. Scrambles around Jackson summit might be tricky for beginner hiker dogs.
Bugs
Bugs: Few pesky things around Pierce, rest of hike was fine.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found: Found a black Mt. Cranmore hat while cleaning out a drainage ditch, left it hanging from a nearby tree branch.

Comments
Comments: Great day for this loop and trail work - lots of people on the trails, clouds came and went but overall not too warm. Checked out the Crawford Cliff and Saco Lake Trail for something new at the end of the day, both worthy destinations IMHO.
