Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Smooth, level, gravel lot could hold up to about 10-12 cars. I was the 6th car @ 10am. At 1:30pm 3 new cars had arrived & 3 existing cars had left.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Mud - Significant

Water Crossing Notes
Water Crossing Notes: Over a dozen and a half crossings mostly ranging from trickling mud beds to small step overs. One more significant but not too difficult crossing at the beginning requires careful footing on the slippery rocks. 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: There are 2 blow downs. The first is just before 1750' and consists of the top branches of part of a large tree. The second is just before 2350' and is a single rotten trunk. Neither completely block the trail.

Bugs: There were some but they never bothered with me.

Comments
Comments: Most of the trail was in decent shape except for some large mud areas near the top. A couple limited but decent views between the trees from atop the fire tower footings. Saw 6 people and one dog.
