 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
Sandwich Notch Road from the Waterville side was in very good shape. A few rocks that low clearance vehicles will need to heed caution with, but in general it's about as good as it gets right now. |

 | Comments: |
Guinea Pond Trail had a few mud spots, however prior to the high water bypass, there is an extended flooded section of trail, courtesy the beavers. We were able to get part way across before it was unpassable without wading. Instead, we backtracked, then bushwhacked around it, coming out near the start of the high water bypass.
The Mead Trail had some mud, but was otherwise in decent shape. Waterbars were recently cleaned.
Random weather this afternoon with showers just north and west, but partly sunny skies in other areas. Much chillier than recent weeks with temperatures in the 50s. Foliage is starting to turn, but still pre-peak.
Support liberty. |
