| Comments: |
The loop over Mt. Israel, up Wentworth, down Mead, out Guinea Pond and Sandwich Notch is beautiful in the fall. However there is about .3 of a mile of deep water (2-3 ft) on the Guinea Pond trail that begins shortly after you rejoin (hiking West) the main trail after the high water bypass. The water can be avoided by bushwhacking on higher ground to the left of the trail. |
