Comments
Comments: After the monsoon, I opted to avoid the saturated hiking trails today, since they are particularly susceptible to damage from use in these conditions this time of year.
Access road was dry or damp. Gated at the first height of land, the footing is good all the way to the summit. Since it's on a natural-only ski trail from the base of the Sun Bowl (false advertising today) to the summit, it's relatively narrow and doesn't have any snowmaking infrastructure for much of the way, making for a nice route. Late fall foliage still hanging on in the lower elevations.

Ski trails were saturated early this afternoon; probably should have retraced my steps instead. Rain started up again around 2 PM.

Support liberty.
