 | Parking/Access Road Notes: |
1 car when I departed 6:30AM and a second car when I returned at 10:30AM. Not sure the first car was a day hiker. |
 | Surface Conditions: |
Dry Trail, Wet Trail, Standing/Running Water on Trail, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery |
 | Recommended Equipment: |
 | Water Crossing Notes: |
Streams running about 6-12" deep, depending on where you step. Not possible to cross without getting wet feet. |
 | Trail Maintenance Notes: |
Trails well-maintained, with a few well-seasoned blowdowns here and there. |
 | Dog-Related Notes: |
The talus slope up top would probably be challenging for some pups though the rocks are mostly settled along the route straight up and connecting the 2 sides of the herd path. Otherwise I don't think there would be too many challenges for a willing pup. |
 | Bugs: |
None, at long last. |
 | Lost and Found: |
None. |

 | Comments: |
Great way to spend the day!
The herd path to Vose Spur was pretty well defined and someone (or multiple someones) had festooned a few branches with surveyor's tape to show the way - not entirely necessary but reassuring for some, I imagine. |
