 | Comments: |
Trail was dry with only one or two insignificant patches of ice until about half-way up, shortly below the open slabs, where the fun began. From there to the top, there was substantial ice - never quite enough to warrant putting micro-spikes on, but enough that I had to watch every foot placement. The slabs were a litle better on the way down because the bright sun had worked its magic, but most of the ice is there for the duration. |
