Parking/Access Road Notes: Only car at the Basin parking lot upon arrival. Two cars when we finished.

Surface Conditions: Dry Trail, Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Wet Trail, Wet/Slippery Rock, Ice - Breakable Crust, Mud - Minor/Avoidable, Leaves - Significant/Slippery, Snow/Ice - Small Patches

Water Crossing Notes: Rocks were slick, but all crossings can be made with care.

Trail Maintenance Notes: A couple blowdowns to step over, but nothing crazy.

Comments
Comments: Trail free of ice and snow below 3000'. Then icy patches with light snow cover until tent site. More snow above tent site to FRT junction.

Spikes went on at junction for summit ascent, and stayed on for descent until 3000'.

Looks like this report will be outdated quickly with the storms coming in over the weekend. Hopefully we get some full snow cover after this round!
