Beautiful day on the Osseo trail. Bareboot for a mile and then switched to spikes. My hillsounds were overkill and caught on roots enough that im surprised that I didn't face plant. Then again, who would have known since there wasn't a soul in sight till I was descending. Should have worn kahtoolas. Calf deep toward the last mile in places but so rocky that snowshoes were not an option. I dug the ladders out but soon they will be covered over and give meaning to the title T25. Until then, its the most harmless trail in the whites. |
