Parking/Access Road Notes
Parking/Access Road Notes: Ravine Lodge Road is open to about 1/2 way. Very icy with some incidental dirt. Some people parked at the entrance on Rte 118

Surface Conditions: Snow - Trace/Minimal Depth, Ice - Blue, Ice - Breakable Crust, Snow/Ice - Frozen Granular, Slush

Recommended Equipment: Light Traction

Water Crossing Notes: all major crossings have structures, all else are small/minor 
Trail Maintenance Notes
Trail Maintenance Notes: a few smaller trees were knocked into the trail from the wind. Most are easy to pick up and move, a few will need a saw

Dog-Related Notes: several happy dogs, no problem for dogs

Comments: Trail was very icy, but very fast. Microspikes were all that was needed. There was no deep snow, just icy crust.
