Comments
Comments: Sloppy conditions late this afternoon following the overnight ice and subsequent rain. Combination of bare trail with collapsing ground frost, soft blue ice, and muck. I was able to bareboot roundtrip (since the blue ice was soft/not particularly slippery) with temperatures in the 40s, but some may prefer to have light traction. Neat undercast just after sunset.
